Fire starts in RV, spreads to home
News

PORTLAND, Ore. - Firefighters are cleaning up after a fire broke out in an RV in southwest Portland.

The fire started around 3:45 a.m in the 6800 block of Southwest Capitol Hill Road and spread to a home.

Firefighters say the homeowner uses the place as storage for his business, so that made the fire hard to fight because crews had a tough time getting around inside.

Bertha Boulevard was shut down Monday morning between Vermont and Capitol Highway.
